Cancellation window
Subscriptions can be cancelled within 2 days of purchase only. After this period, the subscription remains active for its full duration and is non-cancellable.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 days of the subscription date.
- After cancellation is approved, access continues until the billing period ends.
- Subscriptions cancelled after the 2-day window will not be eligible for a refund.
